Call 646-633-4300 to book an appointment with a customer service representative, and mention ZALES.

• Applies only to engagement ring purchases.

• Proof of purchase of the engagement ring will be required at the appointment in order to receive the $250 credit from Kleinfeld in the form of the actual ring, or a sales receipt.

• Cannot be applied to prior Kleinfeld gown purchases.

• Cannot be applied to sample sale dresses.

• Gift certificate must be used at the VIP appointment. Cannot be used on an online purchase or follow-up appointment.

• Offer will apply to appointments booked by 12/31/2023.

• Appointments may only by booked up to 60 days in advance.

• There is a $100 cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours of notice. Credit card required at the time of booking.

• There is a $100 fee for Saturday and Sunday appointments. If the appointment results in a gown order, the $100 fee is credited towards the purchase.
